Liverpool in talks for Jordy Gaspar

The reds are reported to be in talks with Lyon left-back Jordy Gaspar about signing a professional contract with them. The French U19 international, who has already been offered a professional contract from Lyon, is also in talks with AC Milan.

Liverpool eyeing £34m Portugal’s “Jamie Vardy”

Liverpool are reportedly interested in signing Porto striker Moussa Marega who had a £34m buyout clause in his current contract. However, they may face competition as Premier League rival Spurs are also keeping tabs on the Malian striker. Marega has been likened with Leicester striker Vardy following his similar rise from obscurity to the big time. Marega was languishing in the French lower leagues before moving to Portugal. Having signed by Porto from Maritimo in 2016, he was loaned out to Vitoria Guimaraes in the summer which he has scored 12 goals.

Chelsea hold initial talks for former Liverpool midfielder Suso

Having scored six goals and registering seven assists this season, Suso has been in excellent form for AC Milan this season. Calciomercato claim that Chelsea and Juventus are among the teams interested in the former Liverpool midfielder.

It is reported that Suso is currently valued at around €30m (£26m) and Chelsea have held initial talks over a potential transfer.
