Friends Of Liverpool

Liverpool’s John Flanagan has been promoted to England’s Under 21’s squad by Manager Stuart Pearce.
He joins fellow Liverpool players Jordan Henderson, Martin Kelly and Johnjo Shelvey who scored a cracking goal for his loan club, Blackpool at the weekend.
England play Iceland on Thursday evening followed by a game versus Norway on Monday, 11th Oct.

Good to see so many Liverpool youngsters playing for England Under-21’s, it bodes well for the future.
