Joe Hart – 4
Could have done better with Liverpool’s first but was left exposed throughout – following his difficult season in Turin, this one is turning out to be another one to forget for the England goalkeeper.
Cheikhou Kouyate – 4
Was responsible for Liverpool’s third goal and didn’t look comfortable playing on the right of the defence.
Winston Reid – 5
Spent much of the evening trying to keep up with Mane and Salah and looked exhausted by the hour mark.
Angelo Ogbonna – 5
Did allow Salah to much space for Liverpool’s fourth goal but that should not take away from the Liverpool attackers’ finish.
Edimilson Fernandes – 3
Was part of the make-shift right side that had to deal with Salah and Mane – the fact that he was hauled off at half-time by Slaven Bilic says it all.
Mark Noble – 6
West Ham’s captain did attempt to get his side going – even though he was one of the host’s better players, he was overrun in midfield.
Pedro Obiang – 4
Was very quiet in the central midfield area and afforded his Liverpool counterparts plenty of time and space on the ball by never attempting to close them down.
Aaron Cresswell – 5
Had to deal with three Liverpool attackers charging at him for Liverpool’s opener – never had the opportunity to get forward and struggled with his defensive duties.
Andre Ayew – 5
Had the games earliest goalscoring chance but hit it wide – his performance didn’t really improve from there.
Manuel Lanzini – 7
West Ham’s best player scored their only goal and looked good on the ball – however he did miss an opportunity to make it 2-2.
Javier Hernandez – 5
Struggled to enforce himself up front on his own and didn’t try and press when Liverpool were in possession.
Liverpool
Simon Mignolet – 6
Was given the honour of captaining Liverpool for the evening but was a so-so performance by the Belgian.
Joe Gomez – 7
Was full of energy on the right side and had a good performance both in a defensive and attacking sense.
Joel Matip – 8
Scored Liverpool’s second goal and was able to bring the ball out of defence with ease – good overall performance.
Ragnar Klavan – 6
Had a fairly comfortable match but did at times look shaky.
Alberto Moreno – 7
Attacked regularly and supported Mane and Salah – wasn’t really tested defensively.
Georginio Wijnaldum – 7
Worked tirelessly in a deeper position as a result of a change in shape by Klopp for this game.
Emre Can – 8
Was one of Can’s better performances this season – he has been hit and miss this season but there’s no doubt that he is a talent.
Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain – 7
Started the match, played in a more advanced right side position and scored his first Premier League goal for Liverpool – his best match in a Liverpool shirt thus far.
Sadio Mane – 8
His inclusion in the starting line-up raised eyebrows – in his first performance back after injury he combined nicely with Salah on the left and looked sharp.
Roberto Firmino – 8
A good performance by Firmino who has been anonymous at times this season – worked hard and exemplified good touches and athleticism – should have scored in the second-half when he dragged a close-range shot wide.
Mohamed Salah – 9
After being criticised for not being critical enough in the area, he scored twice in the London Stadium – both goals were well taken, and he’s proving to be one of the best buys of the summer in the Premier League.
