Kane tipped to win the Premier League golden boot award

Steven Gerrard mentioned Harry Kane as the man he wished that will win the Premier League golden boot award at the end of the season. The Spurs star is in sensational form this season scoring 19 goals in 27 games for the North London club and is current at the summit of the top scorer charts with Romelu Lukaku and Alexis Sanchez closely behind in the pursuit.

“I hope it’s Harry Kane. I just like him a lot, I’m a big fan of him, you see his finish last week, the first one, where he just rips the side-netting off. Reminds me of Robbie Fowler in his pomp, or Alan Shearer, where they just burst the side netting with their finishes.”

“He’s got a little bit of selfishness about him, which I like in a striker.”
