GLEN JOHNSON PRAISES HIS BOSS, RODGERS

Friends Of Liverpool

Liverpool’s talented right-back Glen Johnson has come out in praise of Manager Brendan Rodgers.

“Brendan has been very clever with the signings he’s made and the squad is getting to where it needs to be,”

Johnson told Liverpoolfc.com:

“We’ve won six out of seven games at Anfield so if we can finish the season with a record very similar to that then that would put us in good stead for the start of the campaign at Anfield for next season.

“We’re playing well at home, dominating games and picking up most points so the longer that continues the better.

“Then pick plenty more points up on the road and hopefully we’ll be a fighting force again.

“Nine times out of 10 we’re putting in good performances – we haven’t always picked up the points but more times than not we’ve played well.”

Liverpool face West Ham at Anfield on Sunday at 1:30 pm, looking for all three points against Sam Allardyce’s team who, themselves also need the win to ensure safety in the Premier League.

Lets hope for a Liverpool win 3-1.

Liverpool FC Potential January 2026 Transfers

Liverpool have endured a tough time of it in the Premier League and Champions League so far this season, also crashing out of the League Cup. It is, in my opinion, entirely understandable why that might be the case, given the fact that this is a club that has been grieving the loss of a […]
