WHO SHOULD REPLACE ENRIQUE?

Friends Of Liverpool

With the unfortunate hamstring injury suffered by Jose Enrique in Liverpool’s win against QPR, we are left with a gap needing to be filled at left-back in the coming weeks.

Stuart Downing has played there with mixed results, understandable as he is an attacking winger or so they say!

Glen Johnson has been one of Liverpool’s best players this Season and has played left-full numerous times to good effect.

This could see André Wisdom return to the side again at right back, where he has looked solid when called upon.

Jack Robinson is an orthodox left back, maybe he is worth a run in the team as he has made some appearances for the first-team and has been doing very well for the Reserves.

John Flanagan got a lot of games under Kenny Dalglish but has been largely overlooked under the Rodgers regime.

Or, maybe Danny Agger could move to left back with Jamie Carragher retuning to the back four.

Liverpool goals v QPR again,

Happy New Year Everyone!
