Liverpool v Udinese

Liverpool face Italian side Udinese at Anfield tonight in the Europa League Group stages, round two.

Brendan Rodger’s side have already beaten Young Boys of Berne 5-3 while Udinese and FC Anzhi both played out a 1-1 draw in their opening game in September’s opening games.

Although Udinese currently lie in 16th in the Seri A with six points from 6 games, they did beat AC Milan during that time, so they must be seen as a dangerous animal, especially with veteran forward  Antonio Di Natalie in their ranks.

Liverpool Manager is again likely to re-shuffle his ranks from Saturday’s commanding win over Norwich.

I think Luis Suarez and Daniel Agger to be rested along with José Reina and maybe Nuri Sahin for this physical tie.

Jonjoe Shelvey should return to the side as his three-match ban does not cover European games.

3-1 to the Reds
