LIVERPOOL’S CUP DATES ANNOUNCED AS LUCAS OUT FOR THE SEASON

Liverpool have announced the dates of their two-legged Carling Cup semi-final tie with Manchester City.

The first leg will take place at the Etihad Stadium on Wednesday, January 11, 2012 with kick-off scheduled for 7.45pm.

The BBC will televise the game live.

The return leg will be played at Anfield on Wednesday, January 25, 2012 (kick-off 7.45pm) and be broadcast live on Sky Sports.

JANUARY 25TH LIVERPOOL MAN CITY

The final takes place at Wembley on February 26th.
