WITCH-DOCTOR CURES REDS

Friends Of Liverpool

Liverpool were handed a massive boost when four players made a rapid return from injury to be available for tomorrow’s game against Man City.
Glen Johnson, Fabio Aurielio, Yossi Benayoun and Albert Riera were all sent to a physiotherapist, Marin Kovacevic, in Belgrade.
There they were given an unusual and highly unorthodox treatment of a cream made from Horse placenta combined with wave-treatment.
The results were astounding.
Benayoun and Riera had been ruled out with hamstring tears for four weeks, yet they were back training two weeks ahead of schedule as were Johnson and Aurelio this week.
This is good news for Rafa as he has an almost fully fit squad available, minus Torres.
The visit of big spenders Man City to Anfield tomorrow is a huge game.
I am hopeful that the team, with Steven Gerrard back, will be good enough to win a tough match and begin our climb up the table.

By the way, I was praising one Frenchman for cheating last week in David Ngog against Birmingham and damning one yesterday , also for cheating Ireland out of the World Cup.
Truth is, there is no place for cheating, in football, or in life.
