WHO WILL RODGERS SIGN IN JANUARY?

Rodgers unhappy at lack of goals scored
With the chronic lack of forwards at Brendan Rodger's disposal this Season, who should the Liverpool Manager be looking to buy in the January Transfer window?

There's Darren Bent unhappy at Villa, Walcott looking set to leave the Arsenal, prolific Demba Ba at Newcastle and Wilfried Zaha at Crystal Palace and Gary Hooper scoring lots of goals at Celtic.

The question is, who will Rodgers and FSG buy:

WHICH STRIKER SHOULD LIVERPOOL SIGN IN JANUARY?
DARREN BENT
THEO WALCOTT
DEMBA BA
WILFRED ZAHA
DANIEL STURRIDGE
GARY HOOPER

  2. None of the above.....I would like to think we will show a bit more intent then these players listed. We need a world class striker.

  3. FSG will sign Louis Van Gaal as new manager before new year. We will get a lot of dutch strikers very soon.

  4. Where did you hear that Red?
Rodgers has only been in the job a few months, seems a bit hasty to be sacking him already?

  5. Rodgers isn't going anywhere for some time, it would set the Club back at least a full year and be an incredible waste of resources. Not exactly what FSG has in mind, don't you think? Ba will probably be commanding too much in transfer fee. Zaha would probably be a sweet addition but Palace is going to fight to keep him. Hooper seems a likely realistic target

  6. Yes Anon, I don't believe FSG will sack Brendan Rodgers anytime soon.
He is in it for the long-term and his project will succeed.
Zaha? They want £20 million for him, too much.
I would go for Darren Bent or Demba Ba maybe.

  7. i hope they do get rid of rogers , this man is appalling . Liverpool was always a passing team , he has done nothing for us , we were so lucky to get through the europa league because he refused to do the 'liverpool way' qualify then play the kids. He cost us the carling cup and we have had the worst start to a season in a 100 years , this man is out of his depth he has no idea what it is to 'win'.
